East Java Police Permit Not Remove Match QNB, If Forcing be Disbanded
Surabaya – East Java Police made sure not to issue a permit for QNB League matches this weekend. If there is a force to hold the match, the police would disperse.
“I’ve made an appeal to all police chiefs in order not to give permission,” said East Java Police Chief Inspector General of Police Anas Yusuf told reporters after Friday prayers in the mosque complex Nurul Huda Police Headquarters, Jalan A Yani, Surabaya, Friday (04/24/2015).
He explained this morning Malang police chief facing him deliver the plan schedule soccer match in Malang. Police chief asserted, that no permission match.
“I’ve got a copy of an official letter to the Chief of Police Affairs to not give permission. Of course, I as a state apparatus, securing government policy so that there is rule of law,” he said.
Former Wakabareskrim added, if the decision (of Affairs) is false, then it must also be pursued through legal channels.
“If ever there were objections and so was taken legal action. I keep secure any government policies that shape this country in an orderly and legal certainty,” he explained.
When questioned further, if the match organizers still hold the match, the police chief urged to dissolve and will hold accountable to panpel if riot.
“The practice in the field should be implemented. So no compromise should be implemented. The country is state law. Government policy must be adhered to. If ever there was a wrong decision such law lane,” he said.
“We did not give permission. We appealed to them to disperse to stop that order. If there was a fuss I still hold accountable to the people who organized,” he said.
Anas added, permits are not issued it not only for league matches (ISL / QNB League), but all the matches under the PSSI agenda.
