London – The result of the match between Arsenal against Manchester United in the FA Cup will affect the hunt called the top four Premier League. Arsene Wenger did not agree with that opinion.

It was as revealed by Louis van Gaal ahead of the quarterfinal match between Manchester United against Arsenal at Old Trafford on Tuesday (10/03/2015).

The Gunners and Red Devils when it’s the middle of the fierce competition in the Premier League standings. Not for a title, but to secure a top four position.

For now, Arsenal in third position, which stood at 54 points. While MU in fourth position, which stood at one point less.

“This is a different competition. For us, we won the FA Cup last season. We are champions and of course we want to keep it,” Wenger said in the Daily Star.

“This is an important competition for us, and we want to get there and reap good results. I do not think that this match has a relationship with the Premier League.”

“It relates to the momentum and the desire to win. In a cup competition, the entire ability is poured in the day and that’s what happened on Monday night,” he added.
